The reunion banquet dinner has been finalized and this is what has been scheduled.

I need this information by March 28th to be able to provide a count for the banquet. I will deposit the monies in the Jallao banking account and give one check to the Inn for the banquet.
ROOMS: The Big Lynn Lodge or any other hotel
The Skyline Village Inn has 11 rooms available for 16, 17, and 18 May
(6 single queens and 5 double queens). You may book one night or all 3 nights.
Cost is $125 per night.

If you need one of these rooms, send payment to me by March 26 . The Skyline Village Inn will release the rooms on the 27th. I will deposit and make arrangements for your lodging.

JALLAO SHIPMATES
The attached registration form is for the two events that take place on May 16 (Friday) and May 17 (Saturday). The Carolina Base of USSVI is coordinating these two events. Normally on Friday, there is some kind of an event after dinner–bingo, music, what ever they set up. On Saturday, the Ashville Base conducts the Moonshine Mountain Submarine Memorial event at the Moonshine Mountain site. A business meeting of all Submariners will be held at Big Lynn Lodge after lunch. After dinner other events will take place.

Shipmates:
The reunion is still scheduled, and the planning is in progress. The Big Lynn lodge (828 765 4257) will be the host hotel, overflow will be the Sky Line Village Inn (828 765 9394) there are many other hotels and inns in the little Switzerland, NC area.
The Sailing List on the Jallao website has a list of 18 people attending. By the first of the year, i would like a list by name and number of people attending and where you are staying. We are looking at having our reunion dinner on Sunday, the 18th, at the Sky Line Village Inn and we need this info for negotiations and planning.
