TUESDAY May 17th
0900 Hospitality room opens
Registration starts. All registrations should be completed by 1800
for the No Host Reception. Cash bar with heavy Hors d’oeuvres.
WEDNESDAY May 18th
0700. Hospitality room opens
0800 to 1200. SubVets formal ceremony and organizational brief.
1200. Optional lunch at SubVets on school street. $6.00 per person
On your own for dinner.
(Casino time—the Radisson runs shuttles to the casinos.)
THURSDAY 19th
0700. Hospitality room opens.
1300 to 1700 a catered ships picnic will be held at Adm. Fife Recreational area, Route 1, Stonington. We have to leave the area by dark.
On your own for dinner (if you can still eat).
FRIDAY May 20th
0700. Hospitality room opens
0800 to 1600. Working on events for today
1800 to ? Closing Banquet.
SATURDAY May 21st
No host breakfast, check
out. 6 rooms available Saturday and Sunday for those who want to stay
longer.
